• Voluntarily provided: name, email address, contact details, delivery address, order contents, prescription and pharmacist review records, and payment status (never full card numbers).

Any information submitted voluntarily is stored securely and used only for legitimate business purposes, including order fulfilment, customer support, communication, and service improvements. We never sell personal or health information.

We share information only with the licensed pharmacists reviewing your order, delivery carriers, our payment processor, and regulators or authorities where the law requires it. However, no method of online transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed as completely secure.

Prescription and dispensing records are retained for the period required by applicable pharmacy law. Other account data is deleted on request where retention is not required.
